A successful General Manager will meet studio sales goals, membership renewals and ancillary service goals by planning new customer outreach, nurturing in-club leads (first time boxers) and securing member referrals.Company Overview:Rumble is a premium fitness company that offers boxing-inspired HIIT workouts in group class format. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Rumble will elevate your fitness.REQUIREMENTS:2+ years of fitness sales or retail/service sales experienceConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales RepsAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retailMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via emailAbility to excel in a fast changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.An affinity and passion for fitnessSolid writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicProficiency with computers and Studio softwareDUTIES :Lead Generation
Strategically engage in marketing efforts to generate leads for the studio including Grass Roots Marketing and networking
Lead Management
Following the LASER process in order to convert Leads to MembersNew member acquisition and converting non-members to membership
Membership and Boxer Relations
Build rapport and lasting relationships all membersRetain existing members and engage with them in a way that generates referralsHandle all Boxer concerns with a solutions-focused attitude in a timely manner
Rumble Team
Hire and train new Rumble Team MembersManage Rumble scheduleSupervise Rumble Team Performance and Drive Results
Financial Performance
Collaborate with Studio Owner to set monthly, weekly, and daily targetsConduct pre-planning on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure financial targets are met
Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StudioEnsure all technology is working and submit trouble tickets when necessary
