They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.Experience/RequirementsFull-time5+ years of litigation experience4+ personal injury trials, as first chair preferredMember of the Florida Bar and in good standingExperience in knowing how to evaluate claimsSuperb negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive approach to problem-solvingTeam-orientedFirm BenefitsOur Client offers a competitive benefits package for our full-time employees and their families.
