The MARCOM Manager will develop and execute marketing communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage target audiences. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective communication across all channels. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in marketing communications, a solid understanding of design best practices, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication:
Develop and execute communication plans that align with business objectives
Oversee corporate and internal communications, including content distribution and public relations
Manage external communication vendors to ensure consistency and innovation
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Product Management to develop messaging for sensitive situations
Content Creation:
Lead the creation and management of content that aligns with Diversatek Healthcare’s mission and values
Ensure consistent tone and messaging across all platforms
Manage trademarks and approve all marketing output
Media Management:
Oversee social media planning, content placement, and execution
Manage media relations, including outreach to print and digital partners and tradeshow organizers
Develop and manage the annual media schedule
Creative Services:
Uphold brand standards across all marketing channels
Oversee the production of print collateral and digital content
Manage the company’s digital asset library and external creative resources
Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
3-6 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Strong understanding of brand management and design best practices
Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills
Proven project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in social media management and content creation
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
Familiarity with video production and editing tools
Experience in international marketing and managing multilingual or multicultural campaigns
Collaboration and Innovation:
Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure alignment across all marketing communications.
Implement new marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
