These responsibilities include some of the following:You will be a critical member of the Flonase Brand team, focused on delivering annual brand plans, driving penetration, growing share, and strengthening brand equity.Develop strategy, tactics, and lead execution for lower funnel brand communications, grounded in deep consumer understanding, insights, and data analytics and brought to life with great creative and execution. This includes consumer promotion, social media, digital content, Influencer initiatives, and shopper programs.Monitor brand performance and deliver key insights/trends and recommendations to drive consumption and grow share.Own annual brand budgeting and in-year budget management.Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners, sales teams, and agency partners to drive key brand objectives.Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor's Degree.2+ years CPG (Consumer Package Goods) industry experience.Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:MBA.Consumer package goods (CPG) experience.Demonstration of consumer obsession.Prior experience in the following areas: Revenue growth management, go-to-market planning and analysis, category or shopper marketing, CPG sales, advertising/media planning, creative development, profit and loss analysis and performance against plan, product management, project management, brand portfolio management, and innovation.Agility to manage multiple tasks at once, with a strong growth mindset.Project Management experience.Digital marketing and ecommerce experience.Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
