Multimedia Graphic Designer . As part of our Marketing Team, the candidate will support the overall department strategy through creation, editing, and design. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing to design a diverse range of materials across both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for creativity, capable of turning sales concepts into competitive visual while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The designer is responsible for supporting the development of print pieces, website assets, presentations, monthly reports, newsletters, external emails, videos, social content and more on but not limited to; Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and LinkedIn, and ensures a consistent message is being given throughout all platforms. The Graphic Designer will oversee video and image libraries for Account Executive use.The role of the Multimedia Graphic Designer is to enhance, streamline, and ensure consistency for Premier Beauty and all brands currently represented by Premier, in a targeted manner that accurately reflects Premier as an industry leader. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.What Your Impact Will Be:Design and create a variety of print and digital materials, including sales and marketing collateral, sales sheets, social media content, website assets, landing pages, emails, marketing videos and internal communications.Create branded videos and campaigns to highlight/ market our company and brands.Manage and update Account Executives asset libraries.Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards.Enhance and uphold the company's brand guidelines and creative direction.Collaborate with team members across marketing and other departments to gather the necessary content, information, and feedback.Contribute to team efforts by taking on additional tasks as needed.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Design, Multimedia Designer or related areas of study. B2B marketing experience is a plus.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.Competent in Microsoft Office with a full understanding of Excel.Proficient working knowledge within Klaviyo.Experience with Shopify is a plus.Comprehensive knowledge of design and visual principles, along with best practices.A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and innovative thinking.Openness to feedback and willingness to rework designs.Ability to critically evaluate and communicate design choices effectively.Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What It’s Like to Work Here:Salary:
