A Non-profit organization in Lake Forest is seeking a Program Coordinator for a three-month assignment. The Program Coordinator reports to the Associate Director and is responsible for providing administrative support though three primary areas: regulatory compliance, program planning, and administrative systems.Responsibilities:Coordinate programs.Responsible for routine record maintenance, form creation, and basic updates and reporting to help ensure compliance with regulations.Will serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resource.Prepare and assist with legal documents, requests, correspondence, and applications.Manage database, preparation and storage of electronic documents and files.Serve as liaison with external groups and organizations.Required Qualifications:A bachelor's degree.Experience with Non-profit or Education sectors.Multi-tasking abilities, exceptional interpersonal/cross-cultural communication skills.Effective project management. The ability to organize and plan work, and complete tasks with accuracy and meet strict deadlines.Strong attention to detail.Proven ability to work effectively as a team player.Highly motivated, focused and results oriented.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications, including database management systems, reporting tools, and web-based applications
