Sr. IT Project Manager , you'll have a deep passion leading DevSecOps, Cloud, and Cyber projects within the National Security business unit specifically supporting the Intel account. Value for our customers.If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!What you'll do:You will be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment.You will work closely with the development teams and contribute to product architecture and designYou will develop, cultivate, and manage client relationshipsYou will prioritize, lead, and manage tasking of project team and completion of assignmentsYou will evaluate, prioritize, and manage impacts of project scope changes, issues, and risksYou will escalate project risks to the appropriate MetroStar and client stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed:Active TS//SCI clearance with CI polyTen (10) years of experience managing complex federal projects involving cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or software developmentExperience supporting the Intelligence CommunityExpert skills developing integrated project work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and schedules with strong ability to identify and characterize project dependenciesUnderstanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.Proven expertise collaborating with customer PMs, leads, partners, and stakeholdersStrong ability to identify and mitigate project risksYou have strong written and oral communication skills including briefing senior/executive stakeholders on project status, accomplishments, schedule, issues and risks
