IF ABFM we need how many hours you can prove EM Experience If your bid is accepted, you must submit the credentialing documents 14 days after acceptance or your bid runs the risk of cancelation. All credentialing documents are located in the "other documents" tab.Please pay attention to the date requested and do not add bids with an earlier date.Please do not reach out to the MSO directly.
