Leadership & Vision
Lead and manage a team of experienced banking specialists, providing direction and support.Implement a team vision that aligns with the IFC's strategic goals.BST Work Program
Oversee the overall adequacy of BST appraisals/reports globally.Ensure the BST works seamlessly and efficiently to manage transaction needs globally.Thought Leadership & Contribution to Relationship Management
Act as a thought leader in the banking space.Collaborate with FIG senior teams and IFC management to build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional financial institutions.Selection Criteria
Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.Extensive experience in the Emerging markets banking sector (min 20 years).Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.All applications will be treated in strictest confidence.
