As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and market share for our real estate development company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website development, SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property development industry
Demonstrated track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
