Regional Marketing Manager

A Regional Marketing Manager position is now available via The Keller Group. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity to join an industry leading organization that has a stellar reputation nationwide and is known for being connected to their communities and employees. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working with the executive team to implement the company’s strategic direction and key initiatives, overseeing the Southeast territory.Regional Marketing Manager Responsibilities:Define and drive regional marketing strategies and oversee execution across digital marketing, brand strategy, creative and positioning.Implement regional marketing strategies based on specific market research for each region, focus group results, industry trends, target audiences, etc. Provide clear, data-driven objectives in driving traffic and sales, advertising, promotions, digital promotions, etc.Identify opportunities to elevate the region and maximize exposure within industry to provide customers with the ultimate experience that accelerates lead generation and revenue.Drive brand strategy touch points that extend to areas such as copywriting, reputation management, photo shoot and content capture, websites, signage and more.Maintain KPIs and metrics to ensure appropriate ROI.Ensure budgets are effectively managed.Travel to regional locations as needed to evaluate progress and mentor/provide training as needed. (Up to 60% travel)Serve as a regional marketing expert, providing the company’s C-Suite, partners, and corporate marketing team with strategic direction and ideas.Regional Marketing Manager Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree Required4+ years of experience in leading strategy, preferably with a background in the real estate industry.Experience conducting consumer research and marketing data/analytics.Confident building multi-channel campaign strategies across email, web, media, social, promotions, etc.Must be available to travel within the region, approx. 60% of the time.Seniority level
