Strategic Marketing Manager

to support the transformation of our Aortic business. This role will help shape the future of our aortic business and reports directly to the Global Strategic Marketing Group Manager.You will be responsible for developing and bringing to life innovative marketing strategies to rejuvenate our products and solutions, advancing aortic patient care worldwide. Your work will have a global impact through leadership and execution of compelling campaigns and digital executions. Additionally, you will provide strategic marketing insights for key markets (e.g., Americas). This high-impact role demands consistent and effective collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive optimal business results. We are committed to advancing aortic patient care globally with evidence-based, intelligent solutions throughout the disease continuum.A Day in the LifeDrive Development of Marketing StrategyDesign global strategies that can be customized and localized to deliver impact at regional levels.Collaborate with regional marketing partners to understand global market trends for strategic input.Enhance value proposition frameworks for products and services in conjunction with global offerings.Define and prioritize product portfolio messages and campaigns.Analyze key data and insights, in partnership with analytics and research teams, to enable business analysis, progress tracking, and data-driven decision-making.Build and develop relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in close collaboration with Medical Science and Education.Plan Marketing Programs & CampaignsDevelop marketing brief and partner on a comprehensive Integrated Marketing Plan (supported by Integrated Marketing).Define strategy & plan for congresses.Collaborate with Medical Education on regional programs, as needed.Lead and support geographic-specific marketing plans (supported by the Downstream Marketing), as needed.Develop omnichannel campaigns (supported by Integrated Marketing) ensuring approvals (working with Regulatory/Compliance/Clinical teams) with cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.Develop Marketing CapabilitiesCreate strong marketing community at geographic marketing level (incl. staffing/capability assessment/development programs).Partner with geographic marketing leads to share best practices and tools across the globe.Foster CollaborationBuild a robust stakeholder network for seamless cooperation.Align with key geographies and drive deployment of programs and campaigns.Regularly evaluate and improve process efficiency.Ensure all marketing and communication activities are compliant with regulatory & compliance standards.Additional DimensionsThis role is considered remote, but based in the US market.Physical office location is in Santa Rosa, CA for candidates with desire to work within office setting.It requires >20% travel.Potential internship program team management responsibilities based on need and organizational design.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. PR) locations (USD): $126,400.00 - $189,600.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
