office. The successful candidate will join our

Complex Disputes Practice Group .In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows:Manchester, NH: $155,000 to $195,000In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have approximately

three to five years

of litigation experience and a strong desire to develop trial skills. Direct responsibility is required in the following areas: drafting and responding to complex discovery requests, motions, pre-trial preparation, witness interviews, negotiating, and communicating with opposing counsel, arguing motions or appeals, conducting discovery conferences, and preparing for, defending, and conducting depositions. A strong interest in victim rights advocacy is a plus. New Hampshire State Bar admission is also required. Clerkship experience preferred but not required.The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with stellar academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
