Job Summary

We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. This individual is a true student of trade with the kind of constant curiosity that allows them to stay on-trend with content strategy as well as tactical understanding of shared and paid media spaces. This individual will have the opportunity to touch every aspect of the business in a manner that fosters professional and personal gain.

Responsibilities and Job Duties

Demonstrate a clear ability to understand clients’ business needs, goals, and the environment in which they operate.

Build smart, sound strategic and tactical plans for digital and social media campaigns that achieve client objectives.

Serve as team leader to guide plan execution, sharing creative ideas, and the latest digital trends.

Identify unique insights that innovate digital experiences.

Show a track record of success in recommending communications strategies and tactics in the digital space that drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic in support of overall digital/social media strategies.

Serve as key educator for internal teams to stay ahead of digital trends.

Demonstrated ability to use social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Develop and present digital/social media strategies for new business prospects.

Participate in the development of new business, including relationship-building with account teams.

Identify opportunities to integrate digital solutions into traditional PR and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

5 - 7 years of digital interactive marketing experience.

Recognized expertise in developing strategic creative solutions for clients.

Ability to provide clear, creative digital strategy and direction.

Act as leader to guide cross-functional programs and teams.

Strong writing and editing skills, particularly as it relates to client plans and presentations.

Ability to extract insights from large amounts of information and comfort developing presentations and presenting ideas in group settings.

An understanding of B2B and B2C digital platforms, the opportunities and challenges they present, and opinions on what will work best and why.

A working knowledge of current digital technologies, publishing tools, and trends in the advertising, communications, and marketing industries.

Understanding of standard approaches to data analytics, paid advertising implementation, application development, and platform integration.

Working knowledge of UX, web strategy, and Google SEM.
