We seek an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement various learning content by applying their instructional design experience and human-centric approach.What You'll DoBuild commercial quality learning content using industry-accepted instructional design processes through traditional and future-forward learning solutionsDevelop webinar content for instructors and learners such as infographics, job aids, facilitator guides, presentation decks, etc.Support our self-paced learning efforts by creating and updating eLearning courses (desktop/mobile delivery), blended learning programs, video, audio-based training, digital adoption tools, and email communications to reach our audience effectivelyPerform needs analysis and effectively communicate development requirements and progress to all levels within the organization for transparency and accountabilityCollaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, business sponsors, and immediate team to gather information, analyze, and determine the most appropriate and effective learning methodsTranslate complex information to clear, practical, and engaging learning resources to meet desired learning objectivesContinuously assess training effectiveness and impact and recommend adjustmentsMay participate in system administration and course maintenance, such as Learning Management System (LMS)What You'll Bring4-7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment (commercial or corporate)Instructional design certificate from an industry recognized organization preferredInformation Mapping/DocuTools Certification preferredExperienced in instructional design theory and/or learning principles (ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's, etc.)Demonstrated critical thinking to review and analyze dataStrong training project management skills with an emphasis on needs analysis, scope, time estimations, tracking, and execution on both long-range projects and immediate tasksProficient in graphic/user interface/interactive designExperience with applications such as:Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Bridge, Premiere, InDesign, AfterEffects, etc.)Articulate 360 (Storyline 360, Rise, Studio 360, Replay, etc.)Snagit 2018 or greaterCamtasia 2018 or greaterMicrosoft Office ApplicationsOnline graphic design applications, such as Venngage, Canva, etc.HTML, ActionScript or application/gaming designStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated; self-starterAbility to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problemsPassionate about continuous learning and innovationBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceSalary Range:

$57,000.00 - $95,000.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
