Marketing Communications Manager, Global Airline Company - Relocation to MaltaOur client is a well-established global airline company, with offices in Europe, USA and APAC.The Marketing Communications Manager will craft and execute powerful, multi-channel campaigns to cultivate a strong industry network and further develop the company's image. This is an opportunity to shape the marketing and communications strategy with your unique vision, creativity, and strategic decision-making, and the potential to make a significant impact on the company’s growth and success.Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, develop the company’s brand, and promote the company’s business goals.Develop and implement PR initiatives to promote the company brand, image, and social responsibility, creating content for social media platforms, and managing media inquiries, press releases and byline articles.Plan and launch advertising campaigns to generate awareness and positive brand image.Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions and customer relation events to expand the customer base and create networking opportunities.Monitor marketing, communication, and PR results on a quarterly basis, analyzing performance and communicating findings to stakeholders.Manage marketing, communication, and advertising budgets.Develop and implement environmental and community awareness initiatives.Requirements:6+ years of professional marketing communications experience in the aviation industry.Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to top management.Experience working cross-functionally and leading multifaceted teams.Experience in public speaking and giving presentations at events.Demonstrates the ability to take independent action and initiative.Degree in marketing and communications – an advantage.Relocation to Malta -
