Procurement Sourcing Associate overview:
As a Procurement Associate with Eli Lilly and Company, you will work on various US or Global Category strategies and support business projects associated with one of the following areas: Marketing and Sales, Information Technology, Global Services, Manufacturing, Clinical Development, Lilly Research Labs, Third Party Risk Management, or the Procurement Center of Excellence (COE). During these assignments you will complete a spend diagnostic in order to identify potential sourcing opportunities, build external market knowledge and help guide our business clients to effectively manage supplier relationships and mitigate risk.
As an Undergraduate Sourcing Analyst, you'll enter the Procurement Leadership Development Program (PLDP) - a program that offers a unique opportunity to develop foundational skills across Global Procurement and leadership development for early career professionals. PLDP is a rotational program designed to build experiences and sourcing competencies across the business. The program consists of two 18-month rotational assignments in Global Procurement for a total of 3 years in the program. After participating in PRP, you'll have the requisite skills and experiences to pursue a variety of career options within the overall Procurement and Finance organization.
Basic Qualifications
Requirements:
Actively pursuing one of the following BA degrees: Business related undergrad with a concentration or emphasis on supply chain, accounting, finance, economics, data analytics or related field.Currently attending school and will be graduating with a Bachelor's degree between December 2024 - August 2025Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
