A strong background in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, including development, investment, sales, leasing, financing, and construction.Representing buyers or sellers, builders or owners, or landlords in the completion of projects and the settlement of disputes.Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions, including development, investment, sales, leasing, financing, and construction.Represent clients in a variety of real estate matters, including disputes, transactions, and development projects.Manage comprehensive plan amendments with related zone changes and land divisions, including simple partitions before municipal and county authorities.Coordinate with consultants, communicate with officials, and obtain necessary project approvals.Negotiate and efficiently complete transactions such as commercial, agricultural, and residential rental and lease agreements, tenancy-in-common agreements, and easements.Create or modify documents for homeowners associations, covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs), and residential and commercial condominiums and planned unit developments.Provide comprehensive legal services to real estate developers and contractors for projects of all sizes, from single-unit residential homes to large-scale commercial developments.Compensation
Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.An increase in the base compensation range is anticipated this summer.Attorneys with significant experience (e.g., 10 years) may be considered for a "Senior Attorney" role, potentially eligible for a bonus structure that includes a percentage of revenue after meeting set goals. This bonus eligibility is contingent on several factors.
