We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator (MCC)
to be responsible for working cross-functionally with various Amphenol RF departments and assisting with the coordination of internal and external marketing communications. The MCC will assist with distribution marketing activities, content development, internal communication efforts and executing external marketing campaigns. They will assist with ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels and media, including print and digital collateral in collaboration with a digital marketing specialist.
Job DescriptionDistribution Marketing Support
Maintain and update distribution marketing calendar.
Support marketing communications manager with coordination of distributor marketing campaigns; obtain deliverables from product managers, submit to distributors, etc.
Communicate regularly with distribution partners and maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate deliverables with other Amphenol marcom teams for cross-divisional campaigns.
Evaluate campaign metrics and make recommendations to refine activities based on these results.
Marketing Collateral Development – Print and Digital
Coordinate updates to existing collateral and the development of new sales tools including catalogs, product brochures, cut sheets, sample kits, trade show materials, banner graphics, and promotional giveaways.
Gather and maintain library of printable materials and digital collateral.
Collaborate with digital marketing specialist and assist with content creation for website.
Coordinate the translation of marketing materials for use outside the USA.
Work with print vendors to establish quotes, production schedules and delivery of materials.
Draft, edit and finalize all press releases associated with new product releases.
Develop market-focused blog content.
Social Media Marketing
Content creation: write and edit copy, create graphics, adapt content to specific channels.
Post management: schedule posts, engage with followers, monitor analytics.
Strategy development: Assist with the creation of strategies to grow the social media following, increase engagement, etc.
Maintain and update content calendar as needed.
General Marketing Support
Monitor and report project expenses and process invoices with accounts payable.
Execute ad hoc marketing projects on request.
Collaborate with digital marketing specialist as needed.
Miscellaneous
Ability to travel when necessary (up to 10% possible).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business. Relevant internship experience preferred. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools. AI tool, marketing automation software, SEO knowledge and Adobe CS design experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong ability to work well with others cross-functionally to get projects done, problem solve and pivot quickly when needed.
