A growing family-owned winery located in Rose Hill, NC, is seeking a dynamic and creative

Marketing Director

to lead its marketing team and drive brand growth. This role offers the chance to shape the marketing strategy for established winery locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Tennessee, while also contributing to exciting new projects as the company plans to expand.

You will be leading a talented team of creatives, collaborating with digital marketing partners, and managing a range of key initiatives such as digital campaigns, social media strategy, and brand relaunches. In addition to developing innovative marketing plans, you will oversee the company’s marketing budget, manage external vendor relationships, and analyze market trends to optimize direct-to-consumer sales and drive e-commerce strategies. This role requires a balance of creative vision and hands-on strategic leadership, with some travel to immerse yourself in the winery’s culture and locations as you help shape its future growth.

Marketing Director Requirements

3-5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand building and social mediaProven leadership experience managing marketing teamsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas) and Adobe SuiteFlexibility to travel frequently in the first year and at least once a month thereafterExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-makingExperience in the wine industry, hospitality, or grocery sector is preferredBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferredExperience managing outsourced digital marketing agencies is preferredFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms and POS systems is a plusMarketing Director Responsibilities
