SUMMARY:
The Plant Lead helps supervise a staff of HVAC technicians to execute the service delivery of preventative, corrective, and general maintenance and special projects at the location in a safe, efficient and professional manner.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):Performs hands-on HVAC maintenanceAssists with supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in HVAC maintenanceMaintains accurate and timely records and other paperworkCommunicates and interacts with mall tenants and vendorsAdheres to all safety and health standardsFollows all company policies and proceduresDemonstrates regular, predictable attendance at the job site or locationLocation:

Prior HVAC experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.COMPUTER SKILLS:
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Web, and other computer knowledge.LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively speak and understand English.MATH ABILITY:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in liquid units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems related to the job. Ability to follow both written and oral instructions from managers and supervisors. Must be able to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies and tools assigned. Must be able to operate mechanical equipment, once trained, and detect equipment malfunctions.CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:
