TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.Your responsibilities

Manage calendars pro-actively / solve problems in case of meeting conflictsMaintain presence and connection with direct reports and respective teamArrange and coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements including visa applicationsCoordinate and arrange meetings and schedulesSchedule conference calls, Telepresence meetings, on-site and off-site meetings, and webcastsPlan, organize and coordinate logistics (travel, hotel, catering) for off-site meetings, conferences, eventsMaintain electronic records and SharePoint / Teams sitesManage sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentialitySubmit and review Expense ReportsSupport and track approvals for travel requests, purchase requisitions, CERsMaintain organizational charts for the global teamsSupport on-boarding of new employeesAssisting in developing and implementing effective corporate communication strategies and in communication of processes, strategies or messages from senior leadershipManaging internal communications formats (intranet, newsletters etc.)Type, edit and proofread documents and correspondenceCreate PowerPoint presentationsDraft correspondence, edit documents and take minutes/action items from the meetingsFollow-up on meeting minutes or action items with the action owner, monitor progress and flag deviationsWhat your background should look like:

3+ years in an administrative capacity in a large corporation, ideally in a global environment with a complex matrix structure; Executive Assistant’s experience preferredProven track record of working independently, prioritizing tasks, handling multiple assignments accuratelyStrong written and verbal communication skills required; fluency in EnglishStrong skills in Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointDetail oriented with exemplary organization skillsHigh level of confidence, integrity and motivationAbility to multi-task and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and prioritiesProactivity, responsivity and resourcefulnessHigh flexibility and motivation with an ability to work independently as well as in a team settingStrong interpersonal skills with ability to interact well with all levels of clients, customers and internal staffABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
