Job Description:
Assists in development of strategic initiatives, plans and programs. Applies understanding of the organization's mission, stakeholders and resources to conduct relevant analyses and make recommendations to government leadership.
Experience Requirements:
Provide recommendations for the development of OUSD(I&S) products.
Interface with experts across the Intelligence Community, U.S. Government, and external organizations to expand understanding of critical issues relevant to Great Power Competition, to include travel.
Develop OSD staffing packages that include time-sensitive requirements for senior audiences to include the Secretary of Defense and National Security Council.
Coordinate and develop staff packages to support OUSD(I&S) requirements.
Assist in the development and oversight of OUSD(I&S) manpower and resource documentation to include budget exhibits, spend plans, budget reports, budget execution, documentation, position descriptions, memoranda of understanding, agreement, etc.
Responsible for the assessment of products and or procedures for compliance with Government standards, accounting principles, internal controls, and multi-tiered system application standards.
Prepare milestone status reports and presentations for colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives.
