Reporting to Director's office: client Business Center transition into MS Business Portal, support for multiple agency projects.Responsibilities:Leads team on large projects or significant segments of large complex projects.Analyzes new and complex project-related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for a Government site, facility, or multiple locations.Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources.Oversees all aspects of projects.Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience; or a current PMP Certification.Skills:11-15 yrs. developing project scopes and plans - Required11-15 yrs. managing and tracking program progress against the project plan in an enterprise environment - Required11-15 yrs. preparing status reports - Required11-15 yrs. experience with MS Project or similar project planning software - Required15 yrs. Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience - Required11 yrs. Prepare multi-year and long-range work plans developed by the supervisors or managers of subordinate organizational units and subsequently manage them - Required5 yrs. Proficient in collaboration and productivity systems such as Google, Microsoft Applications, JIRA, and Azure DevOps - Highly desired8 yrs. Experience working in the High-Tech or Gov Services sector preferred - Required11 yrs. Oversee the revision of long-range plans, goals, and objectives for the work directed - Required8 yrs. Support highly technical projects requiring extensive and specialized experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams to success - Required8 yrs. Must be able to coordinate with multiple geographically separated units to include other DC government agencies such as OCTO - Required11 yrs. Provide assistance in the technical review process for proposals - Required11 yrs. Facilitate group discussions on proposal merits and coordinate the generation of consolidated technical review used to initiate contracting actions - Highly desired11 yrs.
