The Digital Strategist will roll up under our Digital Strategy Lead to develop and execute on digital strategies within the Clinical Diagnostics Business of Bio-Rad. The Digital Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of digital channels, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends. Experience optimizing SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance user experience is also required. The Digital Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates for our Immunohematology, Clinical Immunology, Infectious Disease, Quality Systems and Clinical Systems portfolio.How You’ll Make An Impact:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.Manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and improve performance.Develop, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate testing to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital initiatives.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts.What You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or similar role in digital marketing.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, A/B testing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools such as SEMRush or BrightEdge, and social media management tools.Solid understanding of web technologies, familiarity with web languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, Angular etc.Comfortable creating mockups and prototypes using Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
