UX Designers

to join our Gaming Studio at Globant!We are looking for a designer who truly understands the UI's importance to a game's brand and player experience. In this position, you will team up with Visual Designers and Game Designers, generating wireframes, player flows, prototypes, and documentation from concept to completion for AAA and Mobile games.You will get the chance to:Be part of a global multi-product UI/UX team producing impressive player interfaces across PC, Console, Switch, and Mobile platforms for the most important games around the world.Work closely with the Creative Lead to ensure all usability and experimental goals are achieved with the game's overall style.Work with the Engineering team to export and integrate engine-ready assets and ensure the artistic vision is maintained in-game.Work closely with the Game Designer/Producer to ensure all aesthetic goals are achieved with the game's overall style.Manage and act as interface design point person, including taking ownership of specific project deadlines and deliverables.Make an impact. Driven by a culture of self-regulated teamwork, each team -or POD- works directly with our customers with a full maturity path that evolves as they increase speed, quality, and autonomy.What will help you succeed:Relevant experience within the game development industry as a UI or UX Designer.A proven track record of design and implementation in video games throughout a strong portfolio.Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Understanding of modern UI experiences in games, including player flow through menus, HUD design, control mapping, and methods of player feedback.Full understanding of the difference between UI and UX in video games.Expert proficiency with Adobe CC Suite and Figma.Experience creating animated mockups of UI flows and transition-prototypes is a plus!Experience working with Unreal Engine and Unity is a plus!A deep passion for games, of course.Are you ready?
