Are you our next great Business Developer (guaranteed base+uncapped commission plan)/New Business Sales Rep?

We are looking for self-driven, goal oriented and highly competitive individual to sell landscape maintenance contracts to large commercial facilities, manufacturing and industrial clients throughout the Greater Phoenix area. Must have experience in canvasing, prospecting, cold calling, networking and creating long term relationships within the commercial sector. You will network, cold call, prospect, organize client lunch & learn presentations and attend industry trade show events to solidify new business opportunities.

Highlights of what our Business Developer will do:

Responsible for developing long-term relationships with current and prospective clients to further growth the landscape maintenance business in their marketMarket Gothic's landscape maintenance services by using their technical, organization and customer knowledge to add value to the customer and their propertyProspect clients and bid opportunities within our business markets by daily cold calling and walk-insAttend industry trade shows and events to network and build relationships with clients and property managersOrganize and plan sales activities (daily and weekly) by reaching out to clients and property managers, scheduling appointments, client luncheons and other events as needed Create your own book of business within assigned territory by actively prospectingHave an interactive role with team during proposal process to ensure profitabilityAre you the right fit for this role?

*Skills & experience that are necessary as a Business Developers will include, but not limited to:

Minimum of 3 years of B2B contract sales within the commercial facilities sectorRelationship builder and accustomed to longer sales cycleSuccessful candidate must have excellent people skills, be able to solve problems creatively, have excellent oral and written communication skillsA proven track record in developing and closing targeted salesWork flexible hours with the ability to attend sales events beyond the normal business hours.Must have strategic and analytical skills and the ability to "think outside the box"Perks and pluses:
