Job Description:As a System Analyst, you will coordinate and direct all testing phases for a large-scale, multi-vendor software system. You will interact with various technical and business user groups, manage the execution and schedule of testing, track results, and address risks and problems. You will oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End Testing (E2E) for MMIS and MES modules, as well as testing of Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications and data integration. You'll be responsible for managing defect triage calls, developing test cases, and serving as a liaison between developers and business users. Additionally, you will report on UAT results, track defects, and maintain historical testing information.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all phases of testing including SIT, UAT, and E2E for MMIS and MES modules.Oversee testing of COTS applications and data integration in Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES).Develop test cases, test data, and verify software changes.Serve as a liaison between developers and business users for escalated issues.Communicate and report UAT results and progress to stakeholders.Manage defect triage calls and track defects to resolution.Maintain historical UAT testing information and meet deadlines with integrity and professionalism.Ensure high levels of customer service and motivation.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

Experience in test scenario development, data preparation, and test case execution.Mainframes testing experience.Proficiency in test results validation and defect tracking.Experience with metrics reporting and familiarity with claims processing software.Experience with Teradata queries and exposure to large-scale systems.Ability to work independently and interact effectively with multiple technical and business groups.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
