Salary Range: $88,000.00 - $158,500.00

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, education, skills, and experience as well as market demands. These factors impact the salary/wage offered.

Purpose of Position

The objective for the Regional Sales Manager is to meet and exceed annual quota by increasing revenue within a designated territory or assignment of accounts via prospecting or retainment growth & upselling effortsTasks and Responsibilities

Meet and exceed Sales QuotaDevelop and coordinate with the region sales team a strategy for obtaining the maximum possible training business from the designated territory or assigned account the region teamProvide Customers specific information on services and product enhancements.Contact prospective Customers to introduce FlightSafety International's products and their potential benefits to the Customer.Contact Customers to maintain awareness of their needs and level of satisfaction.Capture any add on training, upselling and renewals from a contractual point of viewAssure account accuracyBe proficient in all FSI client interfacing systems such as Salesforce, CRM, Genesis System, SAP, FlightSafety App, FlightBag, Enterprise AnalyticsReport Sales activities to Director Sales by usage of Salesforce.Travel within territory every other week at a minimum conducting customer visitsAttend local industry events or assigned corporate tradeshowsMinimum Education

Bachelor's Degree, or similar level of education required.Minimum Experience

5+ years' experience related sales or aviation industry experience requiredKnowledge, Skills, Abilities

Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read and writeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent computer skills including, MS Office suite and CRM.General knowledge working with a business accounting system, ex SAPExcellent organizational skillsAbility to interact with various levels of management in a professional mannerAbility to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situationsKnowledge of management principles and their applicationsAble to work unsupervised, as neededPhysical Demands and Work Environment
