Reporting to the

Quality Manager,

the

Quality Auditor

conducts internal audits following regulatory, industry and internal quality guidelines including ISO.

Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday

What a typical day looks like:Ensures accurate data collection.Conducts internal audits following regulatory, industry and internal quality guidelines including ISO.Conducts process audits and follow up closure of open audits.Helps department in the root cause analysis and corrective actions of audits findings, tracking to resolution.Initiates product/process improvements.Helps filing of audits and maintenance of records.Monitors and report metrics to meet business needs.Prepares reject reports by identifying necessary information for follow up and analyzes rejects/defects for patterns of process errors or other areas of concern.Provides immediate feedback to production areas concerning process deviations.May be required to facilitate Quality Alert meetings.May provide process trainingThe experience we're looking to add to our team:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.Demonstrates advanced functional skills.Demonstrates detailed functional knowledge and may lead process.Has awareness of new techniquesAbility to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organizationWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:
