B2B Marketing ManagerThis position requires a hybrid schedule with 2 days in NJ office
Role DescriptionAs the Marketing Manager, you will support the Director of Marketing in developing and implementing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that will boost the company's overall growth and achieve business development goals. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new customer relationships, generating awareness for the brand, and increasing market share.
The Marketing Manager role requires a deep understanding of the business landscape, strong analytical skills, and outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Create client marketing plans by translating business objectives into defined marketing goals, strategies, and tactics• Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives to grow business relationships and bring in new clients• Drive leads for prospective clients; confirm all lead profiles are updated and complete in the CRM database• Manage and build out email programs and set up webinars targeted toward new and existing customers at different stages of the sales cycle• Oversee the production of promotional materials and marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards• Adjusting marketing strategies based on data analysis and feedback to optimize outcomes• Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in and incorporating new ideas into strategies• Develop strong business relationships with key industry players to develop competitive advantage• Managing budgets• Managing conference calendar• Provide support to leadership in all aspects of the business development lifecycle
Qualifications
• 5+ years of marketing experience driving leads• Ability to generate unique, high-impact direct response ideas• Prior experience working at a high-growth start-up preferred• Experience with ZoomInfo and Mailchimp, or similar platforms required• Located and embedded in the NYC world
