Job Summary

RAM Mounts is seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow our relationships with international clients and exclusive distributors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts (B2B and B2C), driving sales growth in global markets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with distributors and partners from across diverse regions, ensuring successful delivery of products while aligning with RAM Mounts' overall business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between the company and exclusive distributors, providing support, guidance, and resources to ensure sales growthTrack sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for distributors and international accounts, providing regular updates to internal stakeholdersIdentify growth opportunities in international markets, working closely with distributors to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plansCapture accurate and complete information in the CRM system (Salesforce)Ensure distributor agreements are up to date and recorded in CRM systemConduct regular business reviews with exclusive partners to discuss performance, market trends, and upcoming opportunitiesProvide product training, sales support, and technical assistance to distributors, helping them succeed in their marketsAddress and resolve any operational, sales, or customer service issues related to exclusive and international accounts in a timely mannerStay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential disruptions in international markets to adapt strategies as necessaryTravel to tradeshows, partner events, and customer training events to represent National Products Inc. (RAM Mounts)Skills and Specifications:

Prioritization skills are a mustClear verbal and written communication skillsProficient computer skills including M365 Suite and Salesforce (or comparable CRM system)Ability to analyze sales trends and data from multiple sourcesPhone and virtual meeting etiquetteNavigate varied information systems for customer informationOrganized and self-disciplinedEffective presentation skillsExcellent time-management skillsQualifications

Education and Qualifications:

Prefer degree from a 4-year accredited university2-4 years in account management, sales, or business development, preferably managing international accounts and distributors.Valid State Driver's LicenseBackground in manufacturing and/or technology is a plusPay Range:

$65,500.00 - $80,000.00 Annually
