Job Description:As a Senior .NET/C# Full Stack Developer, you will interpret written requirements and technical specifications for software solutions to business problems. You will develop software based on these specifications, analyze and investigate reported issues, document your findings, and perform maintenance and defect resolution. You will run unit tests, implement test plans, and investigate solutions to defects and problems detected during testing, all while working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, program, debug, configure, and modify software systems.Develop software based on technical specifications and client requirements.Perform maintenance and correct defects in software solutions.Run unit tests and document test results.Investigate and suggest solutions to defects detected during testing.Collaborate with team members and participate in agile projects.Mentor junior staff and lead cooperative efforts within project teams.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
Proficiency in web-based development languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, .NET/C#.Experience with client-side MV* frameworks such as backbone.js and AngularJS (Angular v4.0+ preferred).Knowledge of Agile/Lean software development principles.Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and Web Content Management Systems.Experience with Web API, RESTful services, and Web Accessibility.Experience in developing against NoSQL systems like MongoDB.Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline preferred.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
