Summary/objective:
Angel Studios is seeking experienced email Marketing to deliver top-tier solutions with minimal guidance.
Essential functionsBuild email campaigns and nurture series in Braze.Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.Collaborate with design, creative, and marketing teams to build emails.Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients.Create email databases for lead generation.Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.Must attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Competencies
Have prior experience with lead generation/CRM.Familiarity with HTML, CSS programming languages.Experience in at least one CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Acoustic/IBM Watson Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Pardot, or Act-On. Experience in Braze preferred.Experience executing within established Email, CRM, or Loyalty programs.Strong knowledge of customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented communication strategies.Knowledge in email compliance and privacy legislation, both domestic and international (e.g., CCPA, CAN-SPAM; GDPR; CASL).Self-starter with the ability to seek out opportunities, create an action plan and see it through to fruition.In-depth knowledge of email best practices to increase deliverability, engagement, and conversions.Strong collaborator with excellent presentation, communication, and problem solving skills.An exceptional listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Detail-oriented perspective and able to pick up on overlooked details.Organization and time management.Able to maintain confidentiality of information.Must be able to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.Resourceful and able to problem-solve and manage tasks with ambiguity.Can take feedback to tasks and assignments positively and create better solutions.A quick study, able to pick up new skills and learn how to use new programs.Must participate in setting and achieving regularly scheduled and outlined objectives.Ability to take individual ownership, execute with high energy, share context, insist on candor with positive intent.Required education and experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, computer science, information science technology, or a related discipline.4-5 years of email marketing experiencePreferred education and experience
5+ years of experience with email marketing
$76,000 - $91,000 a year
Commensurate with experience and scope of responsibility
