This HRBP will be an advisor and thought partner with leaders and team members at the company's facilities in the western suburbs. This client runs on a hybrid work schedule working onsite 3 days a week and are seeking a candidate bilingual in Spanish.Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR counsel to 140-160 union and non-union employees on people development, performance management, engagement, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and talent retention.Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.Collaborate cross-functionally to implement management practices aligned with company values for organizational effectiveness and team member development.Build and maintain strong relationships with food service and support center leadership.Enhance candidate and team member experiences reflecting company Purpose and Values.Support company locations and support center with staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance.Develop talent plans with People Team and support center leadership.Address team member and manager requests regarding policy, conflict, employment law, and benefits.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferredFluent in English and Spanish.Experience within manufacturing, food production, warehouse, distribution experience required8+ years of experience of within HRLabor relations experience strongly preferred
