SCRUB REQUIRED Surgery Skills: Min 3 yrs experience in ortho, URO, GYN, general, podiatry, ENT Certifications/Licenses: WA LIC, BLS (REQUIRED); IAHCSMM, NBSTSA (PREFERRED)
