Specific dates belowED coverage80% of total hospital admissions received from ED17% of ED patients admitted to the hospital per day2% of ED patients transferred per day27 beds8 ED physicians in groupNo fast track in EDAll ages - pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatricEMR: CernerLevel 4 TraumaED staff responds to house codes - there are hospitalists 24/7, ED doctors respond to codesDeliveries are sent directly to Labor and Delivery, not received in EDED is responsible for monitoring/supervising paramedics/ambulance by radio24-hour availability for Radiology, Laboratory, OR, AnesthesiaSurgical Services: CT, Vascular, OrthoDescription of consultants: Radiologist, Critical Care Intensivist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Neurologist, Urologist, Hem/Onc, PsychiatristWill pay for travel - flight, hotel, rental car OR mileageED sees about 80 to 100 patients in a 24 hour shift. A typical day has 5 providers on per 24 hours.Current open dates:
