Orijin is looking for a Strategic Account Associate to join our Tennessee Team and help us continue to provide excellent service and support to our clients. The Strategic Account Associate will support Orijin's tablet program in partnership with our clients. They will also drive client engagement and success across Orijin's deployments.

Salary and Benefits• Salary: $22.00 to 25.24/hr.• 2 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) a year

Location:• Tennessee onsite, and remote working hours• Employees must be willing to work Eastern Standard Time.• Travel outside of TN: 1-3 times per year.

Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and• maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders• Understand the client's use case, goals, and needs, and develop strategies to effectively address them and align with Orijin goals• Remove barriers to tablet adoption within facilities and proactively offer support• and solutions• Managing multiple stakeholders within a large account, developing and• maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently• Identify training needs• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.• Maintain a working relationship with facility staff to promote a positive strategy• around tablet use and adoption• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that all parties are• aligned on goals and deliverables• Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager and Director of Strategic Account• Management to identify training needs, and opportunities to improve account• performance and grow the business• Monitor account activity and performance against OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), review data analytics, providing regular reports to clients and internal teams• Develop and execute account plans that drive growth and meet or exceed targets• Stay abreast of new product releases, changes, and developments, sharing insights• with clients and internal teams as appropriate• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Required Skills and Qualifications• Have a minimum of two years of experience sales, customer service, or account management• Strong ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce• Experience with Google Suite of products• Experience in the correctional field• Project management experience
