About the Role:

The Network Analyst II

is a mid-shift position that focuses on break-fix support of the Kinetic Broadband network. This role will require extensive knowledge repairing and provisioning a wide range of network services. The ideal applicant will be able to manage multiple tasks, assist field technicians with break-fix activity, and write and perform maintenance work as needed.

What You'll Do:

Monitor and resolve customer-impacting events on the Kinetic network via Salesforce ticketing and phone interactions with Local Operations

Support and coordinate an Outage and break-fix events to resolution. This involves opening a bridge, coordinating restoration with Local Operations, update appropriate tickets, and confirm impact with NOC verticals

Manage and maintain Access NOC ticket queue

Define and analyze current gaps and recommend solutions.

Establish training, and job aid documentation to improve workflow and educate users.

Do You Have?

Experience with the following technologies:

Cisco switches and routers

Cyan Z77/Z33

Calix C7, E3, E7

Nokia 7750

Nokia IXR

Adtran DSLAM

DWDM theory

Basic Ethernet theory

Variety of Layer 2/3 devices

Minimum Requirements:

Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 4-6 years technical/telephony experience with 4+ years directly related to the job; or 7+ years of directly related telephony or network operations experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience required.
