**BACKFILL for Alexandra Stalik** LTC CNA - Portland OR - Start Date: ASAP - Shift: 5 x 8s Days may vary, but always 2 days off in a row - Ratios: 1:40 - Years of Experience REQ: 1 year of prior experience working with seniors required - First-Timers Accepted: No - Weekend REQ: May be required to work up to 2 weekends per month - Certs REQ: BCLS - Is On-Call REQ?: No - Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No - Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes - Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate - Pending License Accepted: *No License required* - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager Special Requirements - Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. - QuickMAR experience preferred but not required Daily Responsibilities - Administering medications - Assists as needed in providing or assisting geriatric participants/residents with personal care including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with minimal support and supervision. - Schedules and coordinates tasks to be performed by other PCAs, in cooperation with other housing and clinic staff. - Participates in participant/resident orientation to the ElderPlace facility. - Provides input and information for service/care plans. - Represents PCA staff at planning and program development meetings, PCT meetings and other site-specific meetings.
