Job Details :Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient, Free-Standing Cancer CenterSchedule: 8-4:30 Monday-FridayPatient Population: Adult, Geriatric80% oncology, 20% hematology (midlevels handle most of the hematology)3 days at Celina office (M-W), if FT is preferred, then Thursday and Friday would be at Lima center3 Physicians, 3 APPs in PracticeAverage Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 14-15Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 1-5Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient SettingTrauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 2Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse oncologistDocumentation System/EMR: EpicRequired Duties/Procedures:Participation on a Tumor BoardOrders TestsOrders ImagesPrescribesBlood BankMgmt. of Bone Marrow TransplantsEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
