Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Partner Program Manager to help to drive strategic initiatives in the AWS Partner Organization, and take the Partner Go-to-Market (GTM) and Funding Programs to the next level of growth.
Migrations and new innovation (e.g., GenAI) are critical to the strategy of AWS, and we need someone to support initiatives that will drive success across priority areas of the business. You will help to design, launch, and lead new initiatives. You will develop a core understanding of AWS strategic priorities and existing programs. You will define an initiative strategy that will creatively drive partner-led migration and innovation business to AWS, adhering to existing programs where possible to scale for growth. You will be the primary point of contact leading the launch and program management of new initiatives. You will integrate programs, build operating models, and drive adoption of new initiatives across AWS Partner Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, and AWS SI/consulting partners. You will implement processes to track, report, and ensure success post-launch.
This candidate will possess a business and analytical / operational background with leading new initiative launches and working with Consulting and Technology partners. You must be able to work effectively across teams, and understand the key requirements for a successful partner program. In an operations capacity, you will define and improve global processes, and deliver ongoing reporting to senior management using a data driven approach.

Key job responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the Partner Scalable Go-to-Market Funding Program team, driving alignment of programs to strategic, AWS priorities
Plan, organize, manage, and execute complex initiatives across multiple organizations and stakeholders
Integrate new initiatives into existing programs, or support pilot funding initiatives
Establish the strategy, operating model, and business requirements to drive growth
Act as a thought leader to evangelize strategic programs across internal business development, and external SI and ISV partner channels
Establish rigor of funding, defining checks & balances to flexibly drive growth while mitigating risk
Measure and report effectiveness of program
This position can sit in an AWS office in Austin, TX or Seattle, WA.

Basic Qualifications
Masters’ degree in technical, analytical, or business field
An evangelist of the cloud era with 5+ years of experience in a related partner migration, channel alliance, or technology domain
6+ years experience leading new program launches, or managing funding programs
6+ years of project management skills and experience influencing cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years experience with new program launches and initiatives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
