Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Local Radius is 50 miles - please reach out to AM for local rate Tele RN needing to take care of Tele patients holding in the ER. May need to follow patients and work in the Tele units as needed. These nurses will initially be scheduled to care for admitted MedSurg/Tele patients holding in the ED but can be floated to care for MS/Tele patients in other hospital units depending on the need. Patient Diagnoses: Adults and geriatric, MS with Tele, CVAs, CHF, Diabetes, COPD, Pneumonia, Minor Arrhythmias, 4 vent rooms with stable vents. Special Equipment: Few vents by RT, IV pumps, Accucheck, IV pumps, Tele monitors, 02, Suction HARDSTOP - care of ventilated patients and managing/ titrating drips. Start date: ASAP Ratios: 1:4 Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Every other Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS, NIH Is on-call REQ?: No Will this traveler need to float between like units?
