Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Worldwide Facilitator to help us do extraordinary things. We have an open position for an enthusiastic, motivated facilitator and project manager to join our team. You would be responsible for facilitating learning solutions to our global teams, coordinating internal/external learning activities and projects, and evaluating training impact through analysis and feedback.

Description

In this position, you will have the opportunity to join an amazing and agile team responsible for supporting our extraordinary Apple Store Online teams. You will collaborate with regional and worldwide learning and business planning team members to facilitate training and support learning projects, crafting exceptional content and learning experiences by making complex topics approachable. Responsibilities include: - Facilitate training across functional, cultural, and developmental topics to the Apple Store Online organization - Ensure the success of training through analysis, reporting, and feedback - Utilize learning management systems for registrations, administration, delivery, and evaluation of training - Prepare training facilities, including rooms and virtual environments with equipment and supplies - Domestic and international travel to facilitate in-person learning initiatives - Lead learning and development projects, including developing project scope, objectives, and project plans while involving all relevant partners to ensure accurate timelines and flawless execution - Collaborate with global cross functional teams to build an association of trust to understand business challenges and performance opportunities of teams and individuals - Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn - Demonstrates Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

7+ years of facilitation experience involving adult learners, including expertise in applying adult learning principles across various training modalities such as classroom-based, self-guided, hybrid and/or virtual trainingExperience managing projects in a training or educational setting such as growth and development, learning management systems and change managementPreferred Qualifications

Experience facilitating to leaders and senior leadersExtensive cross functional experience working in an e-commerce environmentCustomer focused, detail oriented individual with ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to a specific audienceAdaptive to changing technologies, process, and environmentsProficiency with Apple operating and software systems, such as MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, Keynote and Pages
