Someone who is proactive, shows initiative, and is excited to be empowered and included in business goals will have ample opportunity for growth within the organization.Reports to: Branch ManagerMinimum Qualifications:+ Previous customer service and/or administrative experience is required (1+ years strongly preferred) retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc. preferred, but office experience will be considered as well+ Computer proficiency is required+ Demonstrated ability to provide high level of customer service and handle multiple priorities at once is essentialADDITIONAL PROFICIENCIES+ Must have stellar multitasking and prioritizing ability, as well as a strong sense of urgency+ Must have stellar communication skills, both written and verbal+ Must be organized, possess strong problem-solving skills+ Must show initiative, self-motivation, perseverancePreferred Qualifications:+ Bachelor's degree in related field+ OR 2 years industry experienceWorking Conditions:Conditions vary and will include warehouse, office and external environments. Activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office work may include sitting for extended periods.
