Looking for ICU Night traveler but they need to be open to float to Progressive Care Unit or Medical/Surgical if needed.
Registered Nurses in our Intensive Care Unit are leaders and partners in patient care at Exeter Hospital.
The units strives for a nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1 or 1:1
which allows the nurse to truly make an impact with the patient and family.
Multidisciplinary rounds is one way to support a strong physician/nurse collaboration as the nurse is involved in the decisions that affect the patient and their input is valued.Our computerized documentation system allows nurses to document at the bedside.
Requirement description :
2+ years of ICU experiencemust be willing to float to PCU or MS if neededtravel experience strongly encouragedcomfort in caring for more than '1-2' patients as floating may be asked of the clinician
