MS Dynamics Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly driven and self-motivated ERP Navision Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will have previous technical and functional experience in the areas of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC365 troubleshooting and support.
What You'll Do:
Provide end-users guidance in the various modules within NAV, including General Ledger, Job Costing, Field Service Management, Purchases & Payables, Sales & Receivables, Inventory Management, and PayrollProvide end-user support for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end of year processes and reportingAct as the content expert in all matters related to the effective use of the ERP system, by assessing and investigating to find the sources of the issue to provide solution to end-usersTesting software enhancements and participate in issue resolutionDeliver trainingMaintain and/or develop procedural documentationLead the implementation NAV companies for new acquisitions, which includes data migration and trainingWhat You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience4+ years with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or BC365 working experienceExperience in support of financial applications (Purchase & Payables, Sales & Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payroll and Job Costing)Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC365Hands on experience in troubleshooting and supporting NAV Payroll, Projects, Field Service Management, Purchases & Payables, Sales & Receivables, and Inventory ManagementComfortable working in Object DesignerGreat analytical skills to be able to asses end-user needs and provide solutions or guidanceMotivated self-starter and team playerEssential to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of personnel. Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenMicrosoft Dynamics NAV Certifications a plus
