*Description:*Take inbound calls regarding property tax related questionsOutbound calls for follow up with customerGoal 40 calls per day; lengthy callsWill receive faxes and emails that will require research and sent to appropriate lender/clientsNeed to be able to use multiple screens and 5 - 7 applications. Will need to be able to use different lenders websites/applications and navigate from one lender to the next.Calls get transferred over from lenderAbility to adapt to changesUse MSP and Blacknight application.Comfortable with escalation calls and ability to deescalate*Top Skills Details:*Mortgage, Property tax, Call center*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*Call Center experience requiredTax or mortgage call center preferredCollections experience preferredBilingual: Spanish or Mandarin a plusExcel experience preferred*Experience Level:*Expert Level#prioritywest
