Health By Design is actively seeking a fulltime Locum Family Medicine Physician to start 7/1!

Actively seeking a fulltime Family Medicine Physician for clinic coverage located in Albuquerque, NM to start July 1st. Pediatric and adult patient population Value-based care model with 30 min appointment times and LOW patient volume. Focused on clinical outcome and preventative care. 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, no late clinics, no after-hours charting and NO CALL! Good work/life balance. Time built in for admin time. Physicians supported by RNs. Provider to oversee 1 Advanced Practice Provider, with support and additional oversight from a Physician Lead. Quick credentialing turnaround in 2-4 weeks EMR eclinicalworks and elation No payer enrollment 1 week virtual orientation- Paid Faith based orginazation

Requirement description :

Graduate of accredited US School of Medicine; MD or DO-

Required Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine-

Required Current unrestricted New Mexico license-

Required Current DEA Certificate-

Required BLS-

Required Full time availability-

Required Clean background- no or little malpractice- highly preferred Local provider- highly preferred
