We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities. This role demands expertise in test automation and QA methodologies, as well as experience in business process analysis and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Apply exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills to problem-solving.Develop and execute automated testing strategies.Mentor and guide QA Analysts in best practices.Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrate fluency in business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements.Analyze and synthesize business requirements into actionable items.Create process maps and detailed documentation.Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations.Utilize excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Communicate effectively through strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.Mandatory Qualifications:Minimum of 6+ years of experience in QA testing using standard quality assurance methodologies, verification, and validation processes.At least 3+ years of experience in business process analysis.Hands-on experience in developing test automation scripts within industry-standard frameworks (Selenium preferred).Proficiency in test automation design and development involving GUI, API, and backend database verification.Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) testing tools.Experience with automated mobile testing using cloud-based solutions.Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Visio, Word, and Excel.Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or an equivalent technical field.Skills:6+ years of QA testing experience with a focus on quality assurance methodologies, verification, and validation processes.3+ years of business process analysis experience.2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation development using industry-standard frameworks (Selenium preferred).2+ years of experience in test automation design and development, covering GUI, API, and backend database verification.
